Change is inevitable in our life. Growth, however, is optional. Whether we invite change into our life it is coming our way. In fact it is moving towards us constantly. And so if we can embrace it and be open to it and not resist it more is available to us. We can actually see change as an opportunity to grow and evolve and become a larger individuals.
We go through developmental stages regardless of our age. We notice it in children and we understand it. But as adults we too go through these stages. So I invite you to look at the barriers that you put in the way of growing through the change that is happening in your life right now. How do you resist it?
